Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The item is returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or washed bedding products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
